Kaly began teaching in 2010 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She fell in love with her Spanish-speaking students, and went on to take her CELTA in Ecuador, where she taught for another several months after completing her program. Following that, she moved to South Korea in 2011-2012, during which she also traveled to Malaysia for teacher workshops. She missed her Spanish-speaking students, however, so participated in a volunteer program in Costa Rica in November-December of 2012. After returning home for the holidays, and wanting to return to Latin America, she traveled to Brazil to teach for a private language academy. After finishing her contract there, she returned to the USA where she taught for the Intensive English Program at Indiana University, South Bend, for two years. In 2015 she left for Saudi Arabia to teach at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University in Riyadh. She completed her contract there, and returned to the US to work at Ohio Dominican University in Columbus, OH. After much thought, she decided that she wanted to open up her classroom to more local students, and began her teaching practice in Newark, Ohio.
Kaly loves to help her students find the style of language learning that works for them. She loves having fun in the classroom just as much as she loves getting into the technical aspects of language for business, law, or medicine. What you need in the classroom is what she does - give her a call today to schedule your first consultation!
